Alder Construction built the shell building at 617 Colby Dr. as well as their own office interior which showcases their concrete work. Their concrete flooring at the entrance has a large aggregate finish while the freestanding concrete walls sport both a polished natural concrete finish and a painted brick-formed pattern.
